  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and runbooks; share knowledge across stakeholders.
  • Follow security and privacy best practices for applications and data handling.
Food Safety and Quality Responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Strong JavaScript experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js (Express, Fastify, or similar).
  • Competent front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3 (responsive design), and experience with a modern frontend framework/library (React, Vue, or similar).
  • Solid SQL skills for building and optimizing queries for application and reporting.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON (GraphQL familiarity is a plus).

  • Strong debugging, logging, and monitoring skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication; able to translate business needs into technical tasks and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to own features or small projects and make pragmatic tradeoffs to deliver value.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to data workflows and reporting improvements.
