Job description

Senior Full Stack Developer (Hybrid - Suwanee, GA)
Premier Financial Alliance (PFA)
PFA is building its internal technology capability and transitioning from outsourced development to an in-house team. We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own our core systems - including PTRAC 2.0, agent dashboards, and reporting platforms - and help modernize how technology supports our nationwide financial services network.
What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, PHP, Java, and SQL.
  • Manage backend logic, data automation, and cron jobs for reporting and compensation systems.
  • Deploy and support applications in AWS, handling light DevOps tasks (Kubernetes, GitOps, database maintenance, Slack webhooks).
  • Integrate and enhance third-party tools such as SumSub (KYC), Authorize.net, and SignRequest.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to analyze needs, propose solutions, and lead small projects from concept to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production systems for performance and reliability.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Strong skills in React/JavaScript, PHP, Java, and SQL.
  • Experience deploying and supporting apps in AWS environments.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations and automation workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work hybrid from our Suwanee, GA office.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in financial services or agent-based systems
  • Experience developing native apps
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitOps, or CI/CD.
  • Python scripting experience a plus.
Why PFA
Join a company that values innovation, autonomy, and long-term growth. You'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of PFA's core systems, influence technical direction, and grow into a future lead or manager role as we expand our in-house development team.
