Job Description
Project Overview:
The client is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with Angular expertise to support enterprise-scale application development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and document technical solutions in line with organizational standards
  • Design and build scalable components and libraries with broad impact
  • Deliver high-quality code and mentor junior engineers
  • Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective action initiatives
  • Design integrated systems aligned with architectural best practices
  • Manage and reduce technical debt within existing systems
  • Anticipate performance, scalability, and reliability challenges
  • Embed security best practices early in the development lifecycle
  • Evaluate technical risks and implement prevention strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery practices
  • Promote reuse and reduce duplication across teams
  • Assess team performance and support individual development
  • Explore emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives

Mandatory Skills:
