Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 annually

Position Summary
As a
Front-End Developer I, you'll work alongside experienced developers to design, build, and improve modern web applications used by both internal teams and external clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer looking to gain experience building production software while learning modern development practices in a growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web applications using Blazor, C# and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and internal business applications.
- Create clean, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, business teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and usability issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Test applications across multiple browsers and devices.
- Maintain and improve existing applications as business needs evolve.
- Document development work and technical solutions.
- Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of front-end development experience.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development frameworks.
- Ability to work full-time in our Northwest Houston office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field
- Experience developing applications with Blazor.
- Experience with C#
