A stunning new French restaurant is coming to life in an architectural gem in NYC next Spring. Helmed by an award-winning visionary, this will be one of the most innovative and significant restaurants to come for years.

We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine to create and deliver an elegant culinary experience that effortlessly intertwines comfort with luxury, whilst focusing on simplicity and authenticity.

The Chef de Cuisine will:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of culinary operations, including food cost management, recipe development, ordering, and inventory;
  • Work closely with Executive Chef and owner to create compelling menus that integrate personal storytelling;
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented and high-performing culinary team.
