Description
Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is an employee-owned oil and gas chemical company delivering performance-driven solutions in hydraulic fracturing. Founded in 2015, we specialize in slickwater fluid systems and stimulation chemistries backed by data, engineering expertise, and hands-on field execution. With a growing footprint across major U.S. shale plays, DCS is built on a commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork. As an ESOP company, every employee plays a role in our success and shares in the results of the work we do.
We are seeking a DriFlow Operator in the Midland, Texas areawho will be responsible for working as a crew member assigned to the field. The candidate must demonstrate safe work habits, be able to follow directions and work well as part of a team. The major responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of equipment and attachments, and assisting in field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all Company and customer Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) policies, rules, practices and guidelines.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained at a high level of efficiency and readiness.
  • Conduct proper Job Safety Analysis (JSA) in compliance with Company regulations.
  • Perform rigging up and rigging down duties, as well as operating and maintaining equipment.
  • Safely perform other duties that may include spotting trucks, checking product inventory levels and assisting with the clean-up of the location before, during, and after the job.
  • Must work with an emphasis on safety for themselves and others, including coworkers and third parties, while wearing any required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all designated times.
  • Enhance and facilitate a positive organizational culture by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to company and job accomplishments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must have and be able to maintain a valid state-issued driver's license
  • Must be able to drive a company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company's vehicle program, policy, and/or guidelines
  • Minimum 1 year experience in oilfield
  • Five (5) years of stable related work history in oilfield completions, ideally on a hydraulic fracturing crew preferred
  • 1 year experience in Frac preferred
  • Prior experience in repair and maintenance of heavy equipment preferred
  • Prior military service is a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Stooping and bending
  • Lift at least 50 pounds
  • Maintain balance at elevated heights
  • Climb ladders
  • Pass a pre-employment physical exam
  • Work outdoors for long periods of time
  • Endure all types of weather
  • Exposure to varying outdoor conditions (chemicals, gases, noise, dampness, fumes, radiation, and heights)
  • Ability to work in confided spaces

Additional Information:
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, working on 14 and 7 rotations
  • Expected Hours: 80-90 hours per week.
