  • Work closely with internal shop, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality repair services
  • Develop proposals, quotes, and scope for repair, overhaul, and service contracts
  • Support customers with failure analysis, troubleshooting, and system improvement recommendations

    • Hydraulic schematics and troubleshooting
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (sales, service, applications, or field support)
  • Ability to diagnose issues and recommend repair vs. replacement solutions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with technical shop teams
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing a territory independently

Preferred
  • Experience supporting oilfield equipment (frac pumps, power units, BOPs, drilling rigs, etc.)
  • Background with a distributor, repair facility, OEM, or service provider
  • Familiarity with major hydraulic brands (Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Eaton, Danfoss, etc.)
  • Experience with failure analysis, contamination control, and hydraulic testing
  • Fluid Power Certification (IFPS)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary plus commission compensation package
  • Total compensation starting above $135K
  • Company truck
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Ongoing technical and professional development

Who You Are
You're someone who:
  • Understands that equipment uptime in oil & gas is critical-and hydraulic failure is not an option
  • Enjoys diagnosing problems and driving practical, cost-effective repair solutions
  • Can bridge the gap between shop repair capabilities and customer field needs
  • Builds trust by helping customers extend asset life and reduce downtime
  • Is comfortable both in a shop environment and working directly with field operations teams

Apply If...You're currently a:
  • Hydraulic Repair Specialist or Service Technician moving into a customer-facing role
