Job Description
As a Quality Management & Methods Engineer (Change Management/FMEA) at Bosch, you will play a key role in ensuring that semiconductor products for automotive applications meet the highest quality and reliability standards. You will drive robust change management processes, support cross-functional teams, and implement quality methodologies aligned with automotive industry requirements.
Primary Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support routine audits and inspections to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable automotive quality standards.
  • Analyze product and process data, perform statistical evaluations, and prepare cross-functional reaction/response plans (OCAP) when quality risks are identified.
  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct detailed root cause analyses and drive preventive measures to avoid recurrence of quality issues.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality controls, identify gaps, and recommend targeted process or system improvements.
  • Create and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and records aligned with automotive quality system requirements.
  • Train employees on quality processes, best practices, and automotive regulatory expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Management) or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, ideally in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and complete improvement projects.
  • Experience working with database systems, electronic document management tools, and statistical analysis software.
  • Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, Production Control Plans, and VDA 6.3.
  • Experience with or ability to serve as an FMEA moderator.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ISO/IATF-compliant QMS, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with APIS IQ FMEA software.
