What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time flu clinic RN?

To thrive as a Full Time Flu Clinic RN, you need a current RN license, strong clinical assessment abilities, and up-to-date knowledge of immunization protocols. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), vaccine administration systems, and infection control procedures is essential.
