Full-Time Retail Sales Person
What you will do:
The Retail Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. This role plays a key part in creating a positive shopping experience and achieving store sales goals.
Schedule is currently Tuesday- Saturday 8-9 hour shifts, but it may change in the future as business dictates, including Sundays.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Assist / ring up consumers, able to handle transactions that are both card & cash
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Ensure profitability of sales
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge
  • Work with E&O manager / brand managers to help move E&O inventory
  • Make bank deposits and get change as needed.
  • Count register down at end of night.
  • Use forklift and/or pallet jack to move product into store.
  • Keep store neat, orderly, and safe.
  • Flexible schedule due to business needs

Additional qualifications that will help you be successful in this role:
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack.
  • Fork-lift certified, or willing to become certified
  • Basic computer skills (Email, internet, Microsoft Excel)
  • Basic math skills with or without the aid of a register and/or calculator
  • Ability to use a credit card terminal.

Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work alone and without supervision
  • Working environment may be noisy, dusty, hot, or cold, and requires awareness of surroundings as some time is spent in the warehouse.
  • Position requires reliable transportation as trips to the bank before or after shift are required.
  • Ability to lift up to & including 50 lbs
  • Physical movements such as standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, and overhead movements.
