What jobs will robots take first?

In the context of Full Time First Robotics, robots are likely to automate repetitive and manual tasks such as assembly line work, packaging, and basic manufacturing roles first. These jobs typically involve predictable, routine activities that can be performed with programmed robotic systems, often requiring skills in programming, maintenance, and operation of robotic equipment.

Is robotics a dead field?

Robotics is an active and growing field with ongoing advancements in automation, AI, and engineering. Full-time robotics jobs are available in industries such as manufacturing, research, and technology, requiring skills in programming, mechanical design, and systems integration.

How to get an entry level robotics job?

To secure an entry-level robotics job, candidates should develop foundational skills in programming, electronics, and mechanical design, often through relevant coursework or certifications. Gaining hands-on experience with robotics kits, participating in competitions, and building a portfolio can improve employability. Familiarity with tools like CAD software and programming languages such as Python or C++ is also beneficial.
