• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, taking into account their medical history, current functional limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals.

• Facilitate open communication with patients regarding their treatment plans, ensuring they understand their journey through recovery and are engaged in their care process.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including manual therapy techniques and progressive exercise prescriptions, to promote healing and strength.
• Continuously monitor and modify patient care plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of progress, adapting strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including evaluations, treatment progress, and adjustments to therapy plans, in compliance with state and federal regulations.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Boost Energy, you will work primarily with patients experiencing musculoskeletal disorders and other orthopedic conditions. Each patient presents a unique case, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. You will help guide individuals through their recovery process, equipping them with the necessary skills and techniques to return to their daily activities with confidence.

• Must possess a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California, with a clean record free of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• A minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of effective treatment methodologies.
