Job description

ReLogic Research, Inc. is seeking a self-starting and highly-motivated individual to join our team! Key Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex turn-mill platforms, including 5-axis simultaneous machining
  • Efficiently manage and operate more than one machine at a time when appropriate, while maintaining quality and process control
  • Own parts from programming and fixturing through prove-out, first article, and production
  • Support quick-turn R&D and prototype efforts, including rapid iteration with engineering
  • Develop and refine machining strategies for tight tolerances, complex geometries, and evolving designs
  • Interpret and apply GD&T accurately and consistently
  • Support first article inspections (FAI) and interact with quality during AS9100D processes
  • Maintain disciplined documentation and adhere to controlled manufacturing procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in tooling, fixturing, and machining efficiency in a low-volume, high-mix environment


Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience programming and operating Mazak Integrex or equivalent multi-tasking 5-axis machines
  • Proven background producing aerospace or defense-grade hardware
  • Ability to manage time and priorities while supporting multiple machines or parallel tasks
  • Strong understanding of precision machining, setups, and process control
  • Comfort working in regulated, audited environments
  • High level of personal accountability and attention to detail


Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with AS9100D quality management systems
  • Experience supporting first articles, audits, and inspection processes
  • Experience working in low-volume, high-mix or R&D-driven manufacturing environments
  • Prior work supporting R&D, prototyping, or engineering development programs
  • Experience with DoD or controlled programs
  • Comfortable working with sensitive or export-controlled information

This is full-time salaried position with full benefits offered. Approximately 10% of travel is expected.
