Responsibilities
  • Perform Inbound Inspections (materials, purchase orders, packing slips, certifications)
  • Conduct First Article / First Part Inspections with 100% dimensional verification
  • Perform InProcess Inspections per sampling plans and report outoftolerance conditions
  • Complete Final Inspections, including preparation and review of AS9102compliant First Article Inspection Reports
  • PreShipment Inspections for accuracy, quantity, labeling, and packaging
  • Identify, tag, and document nonconforming material and support resolution
  • Accurately complete inspection paperwork
  • Use calibrated inspection tools and reference calibration data when required
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams

Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing quality inspection (machining or precision manufacturing preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and routers
  • Familiar with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes
