Role Overview

As a Property Inspector, you'll assess roofing and property conditions after storms, document damage, and assist homeowners through the insurance claim process. You'll collaborate closely with our production and claims teams to ensure every client receives the care and service they deserve. This is an active, field-based role ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy physical work, independence, and helping others.

You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Conducting roof and property inspections to identify storm-related damage.

  • Climbing roofs, taking detailed photos and measurements, and documenting findings.

  • Educating and assisting homeowners through the insurance claim process.

  • Generating new business through community outreach and referrals.

  • Coordinating with production and claims teams for smooth project flow.

  • Maintaining detailed notes, follow-ups, and reports in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in roofing, construction, or inspections.

  • Familiarity with CRM software or mobile field apps.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $22.50 per hour base + uncapped bonuses (top performers earn well above average).

Employment Type: W-2 | Full-Time | Field-Based.
