B&B Transport Inc., a proud FedEx Ground contractor, is excited to welcome new members to our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We’re seeking motivated and reliable individuals ready to take on the challenge of delivering excellence every day. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we have opportunities for you. Our shifts start at 8 AM and run until the truck is empty—your workday ends when the job is done. With pay ranging from $160 to $200 per day, this is an opportunity to be part of something bigger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely Deliveries: Ensure that packages are delivered and picked up within the prescribed timeframes, meeting the highest standards of customer service.
  • Vehicle Safety: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your delivery van is safe, secure, and reliable.
  • Route Mastery: Learn the routes, understand the customer needs, and deliver efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organized Operations: Begin each shift by reviewing and organizing your load, ensuring that you’re prepared for a successful delivery route.
  • Safe Handling: Carefully handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights, ensuring safe transport and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Clean Record: Maintain a clean driving record over the last three years.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. and handle deliveries in various weather conditions.
  • Compliance: Pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
