What will you do?

As a Java Backend Developer, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable integration solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

• Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices to support our business platforms.

• Working collaboratively within an Agile team, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

• Creating containerized applications for deployment on OpenShift.

• Ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of our backend systems.

• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

What do you need to Succeed?

Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experiencein backend development.

• Strong working knowledge ofJavaandSpring Boot.

• Extensive experience withREST APIsand designingMicroservices Architecture.

• Experience working with Databases as part of building APIs (Oracle, PostGreSQL etc)

• Experience working with Messaging Technology (E.g. Kafka)

• Proven ability to buildcontainerized applications

• Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/OpenShift/GCP)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with BPMN technologies (Camunda)

• Proficiency inPython

• Experience with front-end technologies likeAngular or React

• Usage experience with AI Code Assistant (GitHub Co-Pilot or Similar)
