THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years in federal acquisitions
  • Previous experience as an 1102 series federal professional
  • Experience working or overseeing federal acquisition actions
  • Senior-level judgment with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate complex acquisition requirements into practical recommendations and usable work products
  • Comfortable advising clients in high-visibility environments
  • Ability to review documents and identify risks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience supporting civilian or defense agencies, complex service acquisitions, professional services contracts, and FAR-based procurement processes is highly preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SENIOR FEDERAL ACQUISITION CONSULTANT

This is a full-time, Mondayโ€“Friday position, working either 8 AMโ€“5 PM or 9 AMโ€“5 PM.


In this role, you'll step into the center of mission-critical decisions, advising federal clients on strategy, procurement planning, and contract structuring while mitigating risk. You'll review acquisition documents such as SOWs and plans and facilitate working sessions to align stakeholders on requirements, budgets, and timelines. You'll also provide expert guidance on FAR processes, ensure acquisition packages are complete and compliant, and develop executive briefings that shape key decisions.
