These jobs can involve a variety of tasks such as planting, harvesting, animal care, equipment operation, and maintenance. Full time farm workers may be employed on crop farms, livestock operations, or mixed-use farms, and often work outdoors in varying weather conditions. These roles can be physically demanding and may require early mornings, weekends, or seasonal overtime depending on the type of farm. Many farms provide training on the job, although some positions may require previous experience or specialized skills.
