WE'RE HIRING: INSURANCE ASSISTANT
We're looking for an Insurance Assistant to join our team! This is an in-person, part-time position afternoon - remote work is not an option.
This is NOT a traditional receptionist position
This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside our Service and Sales Teams and become a licensed insurance professional.
* No Insurance Experience Required - In Fact, We Prefer You Don't Have Any!
You do not need previous insurance experience to apply. We're actually looking for someone who is new to the industry and excited to learn from a Top 50 agency team.
If you're hired, we will send you to the required insurance licensing class and cover the cost of the class You'll have the opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up while working alongside an experienced team.
What you'll do:
• Obtain your insurance license - class paid for by us!
• Make changes and updates to customer policies
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate customer information
• Assist our Service Team with their day-to-day work
• Assist our Sales Team with their daily workflow
• Communicate with customers and help with their insurance needs
• Learn insurance products, systems, and processes
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities
