Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic- Manchester, NH

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester is currently seeking a full time APRN or PA to work with our family medicine team to manage the health and wellness of our patients.  As part of a Medical Home, you will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire. Working under the general direction of the medical director, you will practice autonomously as well as in collaboration with physicians, APRN and PA colleagues as well as other healthcare providers to provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice. This is not a remote/telemed position and currently has a requirement of 3+ years direct primary care experience. 

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester Family Medicine works within the community to ensure that the patients of our community have access to the best possible care. The practice offers an inclusive, collegial, supportive and learning environment. There is direct access to DH specialists to support complex care as needed.

  • National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
