1st Shift: Monday - Friday; 6:00AM to 2:00PM
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday; 10:00PM to 6:00AM
Starting Wage: $17.75 - $20.75

We are seeking a collaborative team player to be an integral part of our fast-paced production team. You take pride in your work and routine tasks are done with dedication to accuracy. Working side-by-side with other manufacturing team members, you'll be part of the packaging and inspection team, making sure that our products are packaged correctly and in a timely manner. You are interested in growing with our company, participating in the many training programs we make available at our factory. Importantly, you appreciate a positive, encouraging work culture where there's lots of room to grow.
Requirements
Attention to Detail: You are responsible for packaging product within product specifications, including checking for correct code dates, defective packaging materials. You complete paperwork and documentation in an accurate, neat and timely manner.
Safety & Cleanliness: You make sure to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Team Player: demonstrates a positive attitude and consideration towards fellow employees while completing general labor duties. Cooperates and communicates well with co-workers and strives to promote positive teamwork and build team spirit.
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency, prior work experience a plus but not required.
Preferred: 1-3 years of previous assembly line or manufacturing experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Familiar with all aspects of line operations.
• Deals effectively with people.
• Must be able to count and copy figures to reports and use scales.

Physical, Mental and Visual Skills
• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing over obstacles, balancing, grasping, reaching, crouching, sitting.
• Ability to move wrists, hands, and/or fingers to adjust machine parts and package finished goods.
• Ability to perform physical work, exercising up to 60 lbs. of strength frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Must hear well enough to converse on telephone, must see well enough to read reports. Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English well enough to communicate effectively with supervisors and
peers
