Job Overview
Supervises the production of mechanical assemblies for products of low to high-level complexity/density and monitors the inventory control related to that.
Job Requirements
  • Working closely with the planning department on scheduling issues, reviewing the weekly/ monthly production schedules, and ensuring that the business goals are achieved.
  • Evaluating the reported production, reviewing completed factory orders, making changes to the reported production, and providing suggestions on factory orders based on the production demands.
  • Analyzing manufacturing processes, recommending production capacity improvements and operation efficiency, and ensuring resource coordination to meet production standards and requirements.
  • Optimizing the utilization of machines, minimizing operating costs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.00/Hour to $24.00/Hour Depending on Experience (subject to change dependent on physical location)
