What is a full time factory worker?

Full time factory workers are employees who work in manufacturing plants or production facilities on a regular, scheduled basis—typically 35-40 hours per week. Their responsibilities can include operating machinery, assembling products, packaging goods, and inspecting materials for quality. These positions often require attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety guidelines. Full time factory workers usually receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans in addition to their hourly wages or salaries.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time factory worker?
