  • Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
  • 108 Bed Children's Hospital
  • Established team of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners
  • Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic with some rounding and consults in the hospital
  • Clinical track faculty appointment with the University of Iowa
  • Fully accredited CF center
  • Multidisciplinary CF clinic
  • Fully equipped flexible bronchoscopy and laryngoscopy, exercise testing, and pulmonary function lab
  • 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
  • Responsibilities
  • Average of 15 patients per day
  • Teaching and research opportunities - our residency program is fully accredited by the ACGME and offers seven categorical positions each year
  • Shared call amongst the providers. Currently 1:3 Triaged through MyNurse
  • Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient
  • Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
