OverviewThe Office Manager is responsible for the general administration of successful office operations.Responsibilities
  • Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
  • Monitors Business Unit credit card account and uploads receipts monthly.
  • Develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
  • Maintains and protects the company image and culture and coaches' others. Ensures employee morale and retention is kept at a high level.
  • Receives and routes visitors, determines purpose of visit, direct accordingly.
  • Gathers and maintains all significant employee dates and organizes celebrations quarterly.
  • Maintains an employee directory as well as all office assignments and updates as needed.
  • Upholds all office safety protocols.
  • Assisting with packing, shipping labels, and postage for outgoing mail.
  • Routes all incoming mail for proper delivery.
  • Keeps front desk and lobby area neat and orderly.
  • Maintains the breakroom food and drink items and restocks as needed.
  • Keeps supply closet neat and orderly.
  • Responsible for coordinating all Business Unit holiday events, as well as, set up and tear down of any/all event or holiday decorations.
  • Maintains front office supplies and equipment.
  • Provides general administrative support as needed for any department by request.
  • Ensures that day-to-day operations align with organizational objectives.
QualificationsRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications
