Miami Herbert Business School at the University of Miami is inviting applications for an Associated Faculty position at a Senior Lecturer level in the Department of Management starting in the Fall 2026.

The Department of Management is specifically interested in an individual who has experience as an educator in entrepreneurship and/or as an entrepreneur with a record of successful business startups. Candidates must have the ability to mentor students on the various aspects of a start-up, from the earliest point of development to expansion and growth stages. Applicants for the Lecturer position should have a minimum of a master's degree in an appropriate business or engineering field as well as experience in an academic environment or in training others in entrepreneurship.A terminal degree (Ph.D.) is necessary for a Senior Lecturer position.

Among the responsibilities are: Teaching 8 assigned courses (24 credits) per academic year; holding office hours and providing additional support for students outside the class time periods; engaging in service activities as assigned by the Department Chair; following the department's expectations and protocols which will be communicated to you by the Department Chair; and assisting with the department and school's various entrepreneurial activities. This is not a tenure-earning appointment.
