Design polished presentations and reports with clear visual hierarchy. Retouch and prepare product and lifestyle photography, including color correction, cropping, masking, compositing, cleanup, and resizing. Build accurate production files and mechanicals, ensuring proper bleeds, color profiles, image resolution, dimensions, packaging, and vendor specifications.

Adapt approved creative across multiple channels, sizes, audiences, and formats while maintaining brand consistency. Coordinate priorities, timelines, feedback, approvals, and delivery expectations with project stakeholders. Collaborate across marketing, sales, product, merchandising, digital, and external production partners.

Maintain organized working files, version control, naming conventions, and archival practices. Qualifications & Experience 3-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, production design, or a related in-house or agency environment. Ability to interpret creative direction while contributing original design thinking. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, revisions, and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience within furniture, interiors, luxury goods, retail, or B2B marketing is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
