About the Role
Voltage is seeking an experienced EHS professional to oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while driving a proactive safety culture, reducing risk, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct routine audits, inspections, and assessments across manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
  • Support environmental permitting, reporting, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
  • Maintain OSHA logs and ensure accurate regulatory documentation.
  • Administer safety programs including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Hazard Communication.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver new hire safety orientation and ongoing safety training programs.
  • Monitor environmental compliance activities and reporting processes.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
  • Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
