Technical Leadership and Communication • Leading multidisciplinary teams that include GIS administrators, developers, data engineers, planners, engineers, operations staff, asset managers, and consultants. • Preparing technical standards, governance documents, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, operating procedures, reports, and executive presentations. • Explaining complex GIS and systems-integration issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior enterprise GIS program manager, geospatial architect, GIS technology leader, or digital-infrastructure specialist who can translate business and engineering objectives into secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise GIS solutions. The successful candidate will combine strategic program leadership with strong technical depth and will be comfortable communicating with executive leadership while providing detailed direction to GIS administrators, developers, data engineers, engineering teams, operations personnel, and asset-management stakeholders. Work Schedule • Monday - Friday. • 40 hours per week. • Four days onsite and one day remote. • Primary work location in Lower Manhattan, New York. • Additional coordination may be required within the New York-New Jersey metropolitan region.
