Shift Schedule

Continental Rotating Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products used across North America.

Responsibilities include:


  • Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshooting machinery and making adjustments as needed
  • Completing production reports and equipment inspections
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance activities
  • Operating forklifts and staging materials
  • Following quality and safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Supporting production goals as part of a team

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:


Manufacturing or machine operating experience

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Forklift experience (an asset)

Strong attendance and reliability

Ability to work rotating day and night shifts

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
