Job description

We are seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well-established, physician-owned private endocrinology practice in Germantown, Maryland.


The practice has served the Germantown community since 2006 and provides comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care. This role is well-suited for an endocrinology APP who values a flexible schedule and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients.


Position Highlights:

  • 100% outpatient endocrinology - no hospital consults or inpatient responsibilities
  • Full-time or part-time schedules available
  • No evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Collaborative team with strong clinical and administrative support
  • Established patient base and strong community presence


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base compensation range: $135,000$145,000
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 3% Safe Harbor contribution
  • CME allowance
  • License and DEA reimbursement
  • Malpractice coverage


Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland license or eligibility to obtain
  • Minimum 1 year of endocrinology experience required
