Field Nurse Case Manager - Workers' Compensation (California)

Location: Southern California Area (Field / Home-Based) - Must be located in California
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Regular Business Hours (Pacific Time)

We are currently hiring a Field Nurse Case Manager to join our California team. At EHS, we specialize in delivering case management services built on integrity, collaboration, and excellence. What You'll Do

  • Conduct clinical assessments and coordinate medical care for injured employees.
  • Facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between injured workers, providers, employers, and claims professionals.
  • Educate employees on treatment plans and the workers' compensation process.
  • Ensure compliance with California workers' compensation regulations and EHS standards.
  • Perform in-person field visits within assigned region (Los Angeles County).
  • Complete timely, accurate, and professional case management documentation.


What We're Looking For

  • Active California RN license (required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Tagalog a plus but not required.
  • Must be physically located in Southern California (Los Angeles County); this is a field-based position requiring in-person visits.
  • Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation, case management, or occupational medicine experience (required).
  • Strong knowledge of the California Workers' Compensation system.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based platforms and Microsoft Word (required).
  • Ability to produce grammatically correct, thorough, and professional reports (required).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and from home.
  • Valid driver's license; ability to travel regionally within assigned area.
  • Case management certification such as CCM, COHN, CPDM a plus but not required.


Additional compensation includes:

  • Mileage reimbursement and reimbursement for other case-related expenses.
  • Monthly internet allowance.
  • Monthly cell phone allowance.
