About Us

Novas Office is a fast-growing social media page focused on creating engaging content for a passionate community. We’re looking for a talented videographer and editor to join our creative team.

What You’ll Do:

-Film high-quality video content following direction from the Social Media Director

-Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment (primarily Sony FX3)

-Assist with editing both short- and long-form videos using Final Cut Pro

-Support creative planning and execution for YouTube and Instagram content

-Availability on weekdays and flexible weekends required

Requirements

2+ years of camera experience (freelance or professional)

-Proficient with Sony cameras, especially the FX3

-Comfortable handling basic audio setups (boom mics, lavaliers, recorders)

-Strong knowledge of video composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques

-Intermediate skills in Final Cut Pro (transitions, sound sync, color correction)

Bonus Qualifications

-Experience creating content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Instagram Reels

-Understanding of current social media trends and video formats

-Motion graphics or basic design skills
