Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Recently raising a Series C and backed by some of the top VC’s such as Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into GalateaTV is only the beginning of our journey to becoming the next-gen entertainment powerhouse.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead feature engineering across Inkitt’s portfolio of Mobile Apps and Web Sites, including future apps we have not thought of yet
  • Identify and recruit top product engineers and build a team rooted in high-performing results-oriented culture
  • Build a strong engineering brand for our team by scheduling and hosting events and creating a persistent online presence
  • Provide visibility and clarity into the operation of your team and the technology you produce and identify opportunities for leveling up
  • Leverage and evangelize the use of Artificial Intelligence in all aspects of your team’s and greater company’s operations
  • Participate in leadership-wide brainstorms, help identify opportunities for business growth, and develop rapid prototypes to validate potential new products or features
What You'll Bring:
  • Experienced in a leading/managing a consumer-focused Product Engineering Team made up of 5-10+ engineers
  • You have extensive experience in hands-on Software Engineering in full-stack mobile development
  • Know everything there is to know about creating, monitoring and improving delivery KPIs
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent English language skills that allow you to solve problems side-by-side with stakeholders from various backgrounds and perspectives
  • A strong understanding of quality product engineering, allowing you to balance between shipping things quickly and maximizing user value, while ensuring stability and codebase maintainability
  • Able to give constructive feedback, set objectives and develop suitable Personal Development Plans
  • Experience in attracting, onboarding, developing, and retaining diverse top talent in your teams is a plus
  • You have worked in a small company environment, collaborating directly with CEO / Leadership Suite and find being this close to company’s helm a strong plus
