The Role

Role Title: Drywall Specialist
Status: Full-Time, Field Role

You are responsible for drywall execution on remodel projects installation, finishing, repair, and texture. Your work should blend seamlessly into existing conditions and support the overall quality of the project. Youll work closely with the Remodel Production Manager and field team to keep projects moving cleanly, efficiently, and professionally.

  • Tape, mud, sand, and texture with precision and control
  • Match existing textures so repairs are visually seamless
  • Identify framing or substrate issues before they become rework
  • Protect client property throughout the project
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
  • Communicate progress, needs, and issues clearly to the Remodel Production Manager
