Drupal front end developers are in demand due to the platform's popularity for building complex websites and content management systems. Employers seek professionals skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Drupal theming, with experience in responsive design and front-end frameworks. The demand is driven by ongoing website updates, migrations, and the need for custom module development.
