Essential Job Duties:
1. Transport residents safely to scheduled activities, appointments and events.
2. Completes a safety check of the applicable vehicle, (i.e., car or bus) before transporting residents to and from scheduled activities and appointments.
3. Accurately records vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
2. Valid driver's license in the applicable state.
3. Clean driving record that meets company Driver Selection Policy standards.
4. Courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with the residents.
5. Ability to read, interpret, and follow map directions.
