As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Screening in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and screening activities. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations.
  • Monitor access points and observe vehicle, visitor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • X-ray screening experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
