Job Description:
Reporting to the Intelligent Automation Manager, you will join our Global Client as an Automation Enablement Engineer, driving enterprise adoption of intelligent automation and generative AI capabilities. You will combine software engineering, automation design, and applied AI development to deliver scalable solutions that enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and modernize business processes across the organization. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with platform engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and deploy intelligent copilots, chatbots, and automated workflows using cutting-edge technologies like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and UiPath.
Your Impact:
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform AI Builder.
  • Create, test, and optimize prompt engineering frameworks, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources via APIs, connectors, and secure knowledge bases.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end process automations using Power Automate, UiPath, or Logic Apps.
  • Orchestrate automation flows that leverage AI insights for decision-making and user engagement.
  • Build reusable components, templates, and connectors for repeatable automation patterns.
  • Partner with business process owners to analyze pain points and translate them into intelligent workflows.
  • Administer and govern Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments, including DLP policies, ALM pipelines, tenant administration, and CI/CD deployment.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards defined by IT governance.
  • Support proof-of-concept and pilot projects for business units and provide technical coaching to COE champions and power users.
  • Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and internal training content.

Your Experience:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or applied AI engineering.
  • Expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Experience with UiPath RPA development and administration (cloud and on-premises).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, Terraform, or TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of API development and integration (REST, Graph).
  • Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and automation governance principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise-scale deployment concepts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Experience interacting with vendors and IT outsourcing partners.
  • Collaborative mindset with flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
