About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Golf Pro Shop Supervisor to help lead the daily operations of our golf facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys golf, retail, hospitality, and team leadership.
As the Golf Pro Shop Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while helping maintain an organized, efficient, and profitable pro shop operation.
What You'll Do
  • Lead daily pro shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist guests with merchandise selections, tee time inquiries, and golf-related questions.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and product stocking.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate pro shop team members.
  • Assist with tournaments, golf outings, and special events.
  • Manage sales transactions, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
  • Build strong relationships with members, guests, and fellow team members.
