A full time digital illustrator creates artwork using digital tools and software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate. Their work often includes designing illustrations for books, advertisements, websites, video games, and other media. Digital illustrators work closely with clients or creative teams to develop concepts and bring ideas to life visually. They may also be responsible for revising artwork based on feedback and ensuring their illustrations meet project specifications. This role requires both artistic skill and proficiency with digital design tools.

Managing these challenges typically involves strong time management skills, maintaining open communication with clients or team members about project progress, and setting aside time for creative exploration to prevent burnout. Collaborating closely with art directors, designers, and marketing teams can also help ensure the illustrator’s work aligns with project goals and brand guidelines. Leveraging project management tools and regularly soliciting feedback can make the workflow more efficient and satisfying.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time digital illustrator?

To thrive as a Full Time Digital Illustrator, you need strong artistic ability, a solid grasp of color theory and composition, and often a relevant degree or portfolio demonstrating your skills. Job description

Digital Media Specialist
Full-Time  |  Hybrid (3 or 4 days on-site)  |  $85,000–$95,000
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist to manage and execute our digital marketing programs. This role is primarily operational — owning our marcom assets, running campaigns, and keeping our digital presence consistent and effective. Creative input is welcomed, but the emphasis is on strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage drip campaigns and CRM workflows in HubSpot
  • Identify and target relevant markets and demographics
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports; translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Maintain and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and others)
  • Produce internal communications and contribute to client-facing creative as needed
  • Manage digital media assets in SharePoint
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers on marketing initiatives and materials
  • Stay current on emerging platforms, tools, and trends in the digital media landscape and bring relevant insights to the team
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the marketing department
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated HubSpot and CRM experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience developing and executing drip campaigns
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Organized approach to media asset management
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment
  • Fluency with AI tools, without over-reliance on them
Preferred
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., 360Learning)
  • Experience in mortgage, banking, or other financial services
Attributes We’re Looking For
Proactive, organized, and intellectually curious. You stay current on the evolving media landscape, collaborate well, and hold yourself to a high standard. Integrity is non-negotiable.
Application Requirement
During the interview stage candidates must present portfolio projects in which they served as lead on creating or implementing a media program. For each, be prepared to discuss the marketing objective, strategy, key stakeholders, obstacles encountered, and measurable outcomes. Candid accounts of setbacks — and lessons applied — are encouraged.
