B-Unlimited is looking for a full-time graphic designer & illustrator to join our awesome art team. This is a mid-level position for an intermediate graphic designer with the opportunity for growth.


This position is on-site, though hybrid work options may be made available upon adequate completion of onboarding and training. Interested applicants must have at least 40 hours available between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.


Main Responsibilities

This position prioritizes the following tasks:

  • Producing quality, print-friendly artwork and revisions daily
  • Working efficiently to complete assigned workload and meet deadlines
  • Staying current on in-house technical and creative processes

This position will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Ability to maintain daily art/revision production requirements consistent with team averages
  • Ability to communicate challenges or issues effectively within and between departments; solution-oriented
  • Conscientiousness about how your work and schedule affect others

Requirements

Key Characteristics & Skills:

Required:

  •  Traditional and Digital illustration experience 
  • Communicative, collaborative, and constructive propensity in all professional interactions
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Reliable, consistent, and responsible: able to manage your own time and tasks to completion within typical business hours (8-5 M-F)
  • Efficient worker with the ability to hit a quick deadline
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and processes

Optional, but preferred:

  • Prior experience in the screenprinting industry
  • Familiar/interested in collegiate sports and organizations
  • Proficient knowledge of Procreate/iPad-based digital illustration apps
  • An eye for great layouts and well-balanced design
