Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Quality Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the integrity of our manufacturing processes by conducting thorough quality inspections, maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001. Your proactive approach will help us uphold the highest quality systems and deliver exceptional products to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications.
  • Conduct quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for detailed dimensional analysis and data collection to support quality assurance efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and quality data for analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support calibration and maintenance of measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Assist in root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to established quality management systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manufacturing quality control or quality assurance roles within a regulated environment.
  • Strong analysis skills with proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations.
  • Experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and vision inspection systems is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality systems management tools like QA/QC procedures and audit processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation skills for data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
