We are looking to add a full-time experienced front desk dental administrator to our team of dedicated dental professionals. To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in dental administration. Preferred candidates will also have experience using Dentrix.
Duties include:
  • Welcoming patients to our practice
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Coordinating dental treatment
  • Presenting dental treatment plans
  • Communicating with patients via phone, text, and email in a warm and professional manner
  • Entering patient demographics into Dentrix
  • Verifying and entering dental insurance into Dentrix
  • Helping patients decipher their EOBs
  • Scanning EOBs
  • Facilitating the transfer of patient records from other offices and to specialists
  • Following all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in dental administration
  • Preferred candidates will also have experience with Dentrix
