Job description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading Dental Clinic in Waterford, CT and we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Dentist to join a growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who is excited about providing comprehensive patient care, expanding their clinical skill set, and helping grow in-house services.

The practice is expanding provider hours and growing its in-house clinical services, creating an opportunity for the Associate Dentist to broaden their scope of practice.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday, Wednesday, Friday | Every other Saturday preferred

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive general dental care
  • Provide same-day treatments as needed
  • Perform:
    • Invisalign and other orthodontic procedures
    • Endodontic and advanced dental procedures
    • Implant placement and extractions, as appropriate
  • Create treatment plans, educate patients and build lasting relationships
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the dental team to expand in-house procedures
  • Maintain a welcoming, patient-centered experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
  • Active dental license in Connecticut
  • 2+ years of dental experience preferred
  • Strong general dentistry and clinical skills
  • Experience with or interest in Invisalign, endodontics, implants, and extractions preferred
  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
  • Friendly, approachable, motivated, and eager to grow
