Job description

Midwest Images LLC DBA The Home Restoration Compan is seeking a Deck Builder to join our onsite team in Saint Paul, MN.

Position Summary

As a Deck Builder, you will construct and install outdoor decks and related structures while maintaining a strong focus on craftsmanship, safety, and quality. You’ll work alongside a team of tradespeople to deliver decks that are durable, visually appealing, and built to customer expectations.

This is a full-time onsite role for someone who takes pride in hands-on building work and can follow plans, measurements, and jobsite requirements from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, install, and repair deck structures, including framing, flooring, railings, and stairs as needed

  • Read and interpret measurements and construction plans to ensure accurate layout and alignment

  • Use power and hand tools safely and effectively to complete work to established standards

  • Prepare job sites, including material handling, site setup, and maintaining a clean and safe work area

  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while meeting quality expectations

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting materials and working outdoors in varying conditions

  • Demonstrated experience building decks and/or similar outdoor structures
