Hurley Elder Care Law is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the first face clients see and the foundation of our administrative support. This is not your typical receptionist role. You will not be answering phones. Instead, your focus will be on in-person client interactions, data entry, and document preparation.

This is a full-time, in-office position in our Vinings, GA office.

Compensation:

$42,000 - $45,000


Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Accurately input sensitive client data and create digital/physical files
  • Proofread, format, and prepare legal documents
  • Confirm client appointments by phone and email
  • Manage conference rooms for efficient use
  • Assemble client portfolios and prepare documents for delivery
  • Sort and scan incoming mail, maintain office supplies, and support the legal team with general administrative duties
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties

Qualifications:
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset, and someone who shows patience and compassion when dealing with our aging clients and their families
