Responsibilities

  • Assist clinicians with patient intake, basic examinations, and medical documentation.

  • Maintain accurate patient charts and ensure timely entry of medical records.

  • Adhere to regulatory and privacy requirements, including HIPAA/comparable standards.

  • Prepare examination rooms, stock supplies, and ensure infection control standards.

  • Coordinate patient scheduling, reminders, and follow-up appointments to optimize throughput.

  • Communicate with patients about procedures, expectations, and post-visit care instructions.

  • Collaborate with team to meet daily targets and contribute to overall territory goals.

  • Proactively seek learning opportunities and participate in professional development activities.

  • Assist in basic diagnostic procedures under supervision and document results.

  • Support data entry for performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based planning.

  • Document and report any anomalies or safety concerns in the clinic environment.
