What you'll do
As a Data Center Customer Operations Technician IV, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support within our data centers. You will take ownership of complex customer requests, drive timely resolution of issues, and ensure the successful delivery of critical infrastructure services.
In this role, you'll serve as a technical expert, troubleshooting complex challenges while coordinating and executing a wide range of customer operations activities.
Responsibilities
Manage and fulfill complex, time-sensitive customer requests with a focus on quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues, incidents, and service requests.
Execute and coordinate installations, de-installations, and modifications of:
Cabinets and cages
Cross-connects
Power services
Cable containment systems
Custom customer solutions
Deliver Smart Hands support and assist customers with equipment, connectivity, and infrastructure needs.
Prioritize multiple requests and projects while maintaining service level commitments.
Partner with internal teams to resolve operational and technical challenges.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to operational procedures.
Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced team members.
Lead or facilitate operational activities and support initiatives that improve customer experience and service delivery.

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - MI1 Miami : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
