A The Little Gym "Gym Director" is a full-time, career level position, responsible for the overall operational performance of a The Little Gym of Falls Church VA. The Gym Director reports directly to the owner and General Manager. General responsibilities frequently include:
  • Hiring, managing and training staff
  • Teaching classes
  • Managing all day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining the facility/equipment
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Selling the program to new and existing customers

For 50 years The Little Gym has set the standard for progressive motor-skill development, by providing children with a foundation of confidence through non-competitive, gymnastics-based programs. Our Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes are all taught in a fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will possess superior time management skills. A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is preferred. A combination of daytime, evening, and weekend hours are required.
Salary will be based on experience. Benefits include: paid time off (sick, personal, & holiday pay), health/dental insurance, 401k matching up to 4%.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
